Dawn Blaschke (2002)
University of Texas at Austin, B.A. Microbiology
While at Texas A&M, Dawn worked with Dr. Sampson. Her thesis was on the effect of alcohol on bone regulating hormones. Dawn is currently working as a clinical dietitian.

Randi has a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science, Master of Science in Food Science, and is completing her PhD in Food Science. She is working at Bryan Independent School District as the Inservice Education and Quality Control Coordinating Dietitian.

Monica received a BS in Nutritional Sciences from Texas A&M University and is working towards a MS in Food Science.  She is currently completing an internship at Kellogg's in their Kashi division.  Her goal is to work in product development.
