Undergraduate Dietetics Program
In order to become a Registered Dietitian (R.D.), Nutritional Sciences students must follow the Didactic Program in Dietetics Track. During their last semester, seniors apply for an American Dietetic Association approved Dietetic Internship. These internships are highly competitive and most can be done in conjunction with a Master's Degree. An internship is not required to graduate from Texas A&M University with a Nutritional Sciences degree, but it is required to obtain your license in Dietetics.
